At BARE by Karma, your skin's health and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. Each of our bars is handmade with natural, skin-type-specific ingredients to deliver visible results, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care products, all sales are final. However, we do accept refund or store credit requests if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)

Time Window:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a resolution.

What to Do:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
